The second installment in a 2D driving game where players drive a special vehicle to transport cargo from one planet to another. As the game progresses, players can upgrade and modify their vehicle.

Rovercraft 2's gameplay consists of two parts: building your race car, using all unlocked parts; and driving the car. The controls are similar to other games (such as Hill Climb Racing), basically using one directional key to move forward and another to move backward.

Drive carefully, stay on the correct route, and conserve energy, as energy reserves are limited, so you need to make the most of every minute. Fortunately, you can collect coins (used to upgrade vehicle parts) and batteries (used to replenish energy) while driving.

Updated Review: They have made major improvements to the game and honestly it is now a 5* game. They even recommended a build for you to use too, so this solves a few of these issues I spoke about before. Original: This game should have been a 5* game, however even when you draw inside the guidelines, your vehicle will sometimes get stuck. I'm sorry but if you've set guidelines, make sure any rover will get through without getting, I'd say this was a major bug in this game.

The game is very fun, but getting an Ad after every level and every restart of a level is very annoying. I would be willing to pay $10 or so for an Ad free game. Edit: There is a $9.99 pack after all that doesn't say anything about removing the ads, but so far there's no ads after a level restart. The "fast restart" never had an ad.

I am not a gaming pro, but I know what I like. This game checks all the boxes for me. Great graphics, simple controls, and just Plain fun to play! Limited ads, creative options for vehicle construction, intriguing challenges to overcome in varied environments. Plenty of rewards that make the game enjoyable and worth coming back to. The game physics are pretty accurate, so overcoming certain driving challenges is not arbitrary. Bravo to the developers! I finally found an Android game I enjoy!
