My 2048

My 2048 is a highly entertaining casual puzzle game where players need to carefully plan and move blocks in the scene up, down, left, and right, merging them to create larger numbers, eventually reaching 2048 or even greater. However, players must be aware that each move creates new blocks, and once the scene is filled with blocks, the player loses. Each merge and move earns points, allowing players to showcase their wisdom and compete against players worldwide on the leaderboard. As the game progresses, players can also earn achievements, share them with friends, and receive their likes.

Gameplay of My 2048:

2048 is played on a plain 4×4 grid, with numbered tiles that slide when a player moves them using the four arrow keys. The game begins with two tiles already in the grid, having a value of either 2 or 4, and another such tile appears in a random empty space after each turn. Tiles with a value of 2 appear 90% of the time, and tiles with a value of 4 appear 10% of the time. Tiles slide as far as possible in the chosen direction until they are stopped by either another tile or the edge of the grid. If two tiles of the same number collide while moving, they will merge into a tile with the total value of the two tiles that collided. The resulting tile cannot merge with another tile again in the same move. Higher-scoring tiles emit a soft glow; the largest possible tile is 131,072.

If a move causes three consecutive tiles of the same value to slide together, only the two tiles farthest along the direction of motion will combine. If all four spaces in a row or column are filled with tiles of the same value, a move parallel to that row/column will combine the first two and last two. A scoreboard on the upper-right keeps track of the user's score. The user's score starts at zero, and is increased whenever two tiles combine, by the value of the new tile.

The game is won when a tile with a value of 2048 appears on the board. Players can continue beyond that to reach higher scores. When the player has no legal moves (there are no empty spaces and no adjacent tiles with the same value), the game ends.

really fun game and it feels competitive but not in the way you get frustrated at all from losing, i've been playing for nearly 3 years both when i was on ios and when i switched to android, would be cool if dark mode and light mode could be automatic, so like light mode when its bright outside or a specific hour, dark mode if it was dark outside or a specific hour too, but i dont really care, i love this game with and without that feature.

Very addicting, not very many ads. I can play this for hours, I choose another game so i wont get stuck on this the whole day without me noticing. It's competative and hard with the challenges and the game its self. If you like a great challenge I recommend this game. Straight up 5 stars.

Very fun to play but the Challenges are hard to me. In this game, there is no score that is not divisible than 2. But in (Fake) Multiplayer, how did it get score 21? Did it spawned a "1 tile" instead of "2 tile"? Overall, this is almost challenging and fun to play. Hope someone got more than 8,192.

Like the game v much but one suggestion: When a game ends it would be nice if there was a pause where you could see the board, see what went wrong and what score you are on. At the moment the second you lose you are taken to a different screen and can't see what went wrong and your score. Just a thought..

Useful Tips of My 2048:

A full home row: If you play a few games just using the strategy above, you might observe one of its flaws: when stuck, the suggestion to move horizontally against the regular movement has often a side-effect in the sense of moving the highest value on the board towards the center of the row. This is dangerous as a new 2 or 4 number might appear in the corner that freed up, and this might make it impossible to restore the highest value into a corner.The best way to deal with this situation is to prevent it. Should you have the opportunity, you should always 'move' new values on the home row (depending on how you move, the first or the last row on the board containing the highest value in its corner) so that it's always full (4 numbers out of 4). This will ensure that you can reverse the direction horizontally without risking to move the highest value.

Collapse rows for space: The suggestion to move horizontally against the regular movement when no moves are available can be applied successfully when the board tends to be out of space. This is due to the fact that the gradient pattern becomes aligned when you shift the 2nd and 3rd rows to the right, and ideally the 1st home row would remain unchanged as it would have all its positions filled.Therefore, by combining the first and second suggestion, you should be able to handle successfully cases where space becomes a bit tight.

Avoid trapped values: Sometimes, specific low-value numbers can become trapped (surrounded) by higher values. Such a case is highlighted below, where the value 2 is surrounded by two 16 numbers:Whenever this pattern is detected, it's recommended to try to merge as soon as possible the stranded value with other identical numbers in order to double it repeatedly until the anomaly is fixed.The sooner this is happening, the higher the chances of fixing it are. Towards late-game, such incidents might materially impact the ability to finish the game successfully.
