In less than a week, I was able to finish all the routes, no need watch ads or pay something to get the decisions and routes you wanted. I still dont get the gacha system tho since you can finish the game with the basic cards once everyone is leveled up. Overall, the voices, storyline, artstyle are all great and also I appreciate the art credits of each cards. I wish there are still more content and updates to come since its a really good game, best otome game i played so far.

Genuinely one of the best otome games I've played in a while! I love that there is little to no forced romance and the story flows so naturally, even in the individual routes. The characters and VAs are incredible. The FMC doesn't just fall for their looks from the start and is actually good at what she does. The choices require neither too much thinking nor any "gems". Progressing is easy without a ridiculous wait time between chapters. It's a hidden gem with refreshing stories. Easy 5 stars!

I was trying to find another game to play besides Love and Deepspace. After weeks, I suddenly stumbled upon this game. I'm hard to entertain with games so I wanted to try this. The second I started playing, I got HOOKED. The story is captivating and touched me personally as a song writer (motivated me so much), the guys are definitely cute and hot, fully voiced in Japanese (English sub), and the features are cute. I wish it was a bigger game, it could definitely have more potential!

One of the best otome games ever, the story doesn't feel overstimulating and the games are surprisingly super easy to get the grasp on when compared to other otome games and it's free2play friendly aswell. The only thing is I wished they are more cosmetic to choose from for your own avatar and I hope they'll be frequent updates aswell. I definitely recommend and help this community grow to support the game's quality in the future!!

Walkthrough of Idols of Starlight:

Ren's route opens with a flashback of the Starlight Production CEO telling Ren that he had the ability to captivate people and could be an idol. He also says that he can handle the rigorous training.

The flashback ends and returns to the present, where ALL⊿tius is currently having a concert. He raises a hand up and offers the MC a high five after the conclusion of a concert. He even says that as expected, the show was really fun, showing a rare smile.

It is after the music video shooting in the Bamboo Grove that Ren and the Producer encounter some of Ren's fans. Though Ren tries to tell them that they're working, he is ignored. The Producer tries to distract them, telling Ren to go ahead, but is instead pushed by one of the fans. Ren, helpless due to the situation, calls for Hikaru to help the Producer and runs away to lure the fans elsewhere.

The Producer ends up with a sprain in her foot and a hairline fracture in her dominant hand. Ren feels personally responsible, as judging from their words, it was his fans who caused the accident. Thus, he insists that he should be the one to take care of the Producer. He even goes as far as to carry her to her room, cooks her meals, bring supplies for her to wash up, and even spoonfeeds her. It gets to a point where Rian asks, "Isn't this a bit too much?"

When Hikaru offers to help, saying that this is part of his job, Ren turns the offer down, stating that he can't bother Hikaru too.

A stalker sends an email of the Producer and Ren in the recording room, insisting that if Ren doesn't go out with them, they will leak the photos. Though the Starlight Production legal team tries to mitigate it, the problem still persists. Desperate, Ren asks for a favor from his father, Starlight Production CEO, to take care of it.

The issue with the stalker disappears due to his father's influence. However, just as the new MV releases, a new problem arises: a rumor spreads that Ren is the CEO's son and that he got in the group through nepotism. This, as well as the different rumors flying around social media, makes public opinion sway against Ren.

Due to his feeling of responsibility, he insists on taking an indefinite hiatus to ensure that the group is safe. He starts overworking himself in order to make up for not being "good enough" for the team and starts avoiding the members and the Producer, coming home late at night and leaving before breakfast. However, the Producer's words get through to him, and they connect their feelings. Ren realizes that he isn't giving enough weight to the fans, members, and the Producer, who all want him to do well. He says that he wants to come back.

The next day, the Producer and Ren, as they are caught by Finn, announce their relationship. Ren says that the Producer is his. Following this, the Producer suggests a plan for his return from hiatus that the members all support.

The end of his route begins with a live concert six months later, where Ren sings a solo version of their new song in the dark in order to prove that he got to where he is now through his own hard work, followed by the five-member version of the same song.
