Head Basketball Mod is a competitive single-player game featuring dozens of unique, unlockable characters, each with distinct power levels and skill stats. Choose the right character to dive into various game modes—such as Arcade, Campaign, and Tournament—where you can compete against other players or team up with friends. Skillfully utilize your character's abilities to score baskets and defeat your opponents. The game also offers extensive customization options, allowing you to outfit your character with various styles of clothing, accessories, and avatars to truly stand out on the court.

Gameplay of Head Basketball Mod:

All characters have their own level. Each character can level up either by earning experience through victories in any of the 5 game modes or by purchasing the experience with Points. For each level up, the character will receive 5 stat points. You can use these points to upgrade one of the 8 stats. You can upgrade everything up to 100. Increasing the statistics of a character will also improve their overall rating. After you have used your stat points, changes cannot be made, so choose carefully. However, you can reset your character, but in doing so you spend 10,000 Points and all the points you have spent will return to the "Stat Points" bar, so they can be used again.

The player can upgrade these stats from 10 -100. You can upgrade: Swing, Speed, Dash, Jump, Strength, EP Regen, HP, and Survival. Here is a description of each of these stats

Swing: Strength of swing. Ball hit power from swing and damage dealt to opposing character when they are hit with the swing.

Speed: Your character's movement speed.

Dash: Length of dash when used

Jump: Height of jump

Strength: Your character's strength to push the other character on the court.

EP Regen: The speed in which your character recovers.

HP: Health Points; the amount of damage your character can take before becoming disoriented.

Survival: After upgrading it 10 times, you get 1 ball that you can use in Survival.

Modes of Head Basketball Mod:

Arcade: You can choose yourself and an AI character and play a 1-minute match.

Campaign: Each character competes against a designated opponent, and each character has a prologue and an epilogue. The last opponent wore the final exclusive equipment, and his ability was very high. If you clear the campaign to the end, the hat or mask corresponding to the character you used will be unlocked.

Tournament: You can play against random opponents . When you win a tournament, you draw a reward, and you can get character-specific equipment or 500/1000 gold.

Survival: This is a mode where you win by scoring a set number of goals against random opponents. The more you win, the more reward points you earn, and your rank increases every 5 times you win. Of course, since the number of goals required to win gradually increases, it will not be easy if you do not have survival stats. After the 1.13 update, characters wearing rings appear starting from A rank (stage 50).

League: Rookie, Pro, and Superstar League, and Rookie has only half of the last opponent's professional and only half of the superstar is wearing a final upgrade set. After the 1.13 update, one in the pro and four people in the superstar have been wearing a ring.

Multi Player (Wireless Communication Competition): You can play with other players. There are Global War and General War, and Global War needs 250 points.

Tetsu Mode: The mode added in the 1.13 update. This is the only path to obtain a ring added to the 1.13 patch. See the document for more information .

Useful Tips of Head Basketball Mod:

Saving the EP Gauge for a Counter Instead of a Dunk: Opponents fire their ability shot the moment their gauge fills, which makes their timing predictable. Holding your own gauge lets you swing into their wind up for a counter shot. The reversal often scores 3 points because the ball comes back untouched by them.This costs you nothing when it works and one possession when it fails. Practise it in Arcade against opponents you have already beaten. Once the timing sticks, Superstar League opponents become noticeably easier despite their full upgrade sets.

Farming Costume Drops While You Climb Survival: Survival chains reward two things at once, since rank rises every 5 straight wins while opponents carry equipment you can unlock. Treat each chain as a shopping run and note which stages hold the pieces you want. Ring-wearing opponents appear from around stage 50, so a deep chain also previews what late content looks like.Raise the Survival ability score before pushing hard. The score target climbs with each win, and an underbuilt character stalls in the middle ranks. First build the score, then run the chain, and the costume returns follow automatically.

Avoiding the Underleveled Death Mode Run: Entering Death Mode before your build is ready burns 5,000 Points per attempt with nothing to show. Hazards punish low Speed and Dash particularly hard, since escaping The Crusher or the Laser Drone needs quick repositioning. A character with weak HP loses matches to stuns rather than shots.Set a personal gate before your first run. Clear Superstar League without losing, and keep at least 15,000 Points banked. Nevertheless, expect the first two runs to fail, because Dante’s teleport takes a few attempts to read.

I have played on mobile for a long time, since this was one of the games that worked really well on the 1st gen Kindlefire. The graphics are amazing, with the unique character designs for each country. Even if the save system does have some glitches, it is worth it to give the game a try, especially as there are many game modes besides the default arcade with bots. Multiplayer (versus) is harder to queue now that the playerbase is not as active, but personally I find the game still worth it to play in 2024. I think the DLCs are worth it on Steam, since the mobile version requires a huge amount of coins or for the unlock conditions to be met. Some of those conditions are really difficult to achieve, and the DLCs definitely make it easier to unlock specific characters. The price of the game is more worth it when it is on discount, and I can see why most people prefer the mobile version, but as a player who's been invested since late release, this game is nostalgic and still fun today. Cloud save is very important to prevent data loss, so utilizing that system is a pretty good idea, just as a general tip.

Hi! I’m A big fan of your game, and I was just wondering if I could suggest a character. I was thinking a cowboy themed character and you could name it Clint like Clint Eastwood his shot or air ability could be he uses a lasso to whip the opponent a couple of times and in different directions and then he can shoot the ball with a gun. His ground or Dunn ability could be he rides on a horse while going YEEEEHAW and he pulls off his cowboy hat and jumps off the horse does a flip and dunks the ball. His clothes could be a sheriffs badge, a cowboy hat, and some western boots. I have 29 characters almost enough to unlock Jalo and I’m tired of playing the same people over and over again so I would like to spice things up with a new character. Maybe he could be unlocked by upgrading 10 characters to level 100. You can be the judge of all of his characteristics and abilities and campaign and everything. I’m just giving a suggestion. And maybe like how you made up some flags for Head Soccer he could be from Texas or something. IDK. Please take into consideration. Actually, I’ve always tried to do this in Death mode and have gotten close but maybe he could be unlocked by getting 3 counters, 3 dunks, and 3  3-pointers and a game of death. Please take this character into consideration. BTW I’m writing this at the time of Covid-19 but when I was in school and we had free time me and all my friends would play Head Basketball Mod, head soccer and head boxing.
