Really fun and the graphics are great! i really like how the staff faces are of different cultures and hair textures! The only thing I don't like (and it could be my signal) is that it loads slow. It could be because its trying to pull up those cute little graphics too. Also, i wish the patients that we work on are not just white UPDATE: 9/23/21 I want to edit that I had stop playing the game for a while for other reasons. However, I did see some brown skin lol Thank You!

honestly best game ever! Never glitches, never down for Maintance, great graphics and in game control! i recommend to all my family, friends, and co workers!!! And as a gamer the game does load up slow in the start, but we have to consider all the graphic, in game interactive story mode, and the sensitivity of the levels! Very complex and visually accurate for a FREE game
