Gameplay

The gameplay is very simple. The operating room is divided into several areas. One area contains all available tools, including scissors, hammers, and saws. Another area stores organs awaiting transplantation. The main room contains the patients. All unnecessary organs and other parts should be thrown into the bottom trash can.

On each floor, you will start from the room where the organs are located. From there, you need to go to the main area to check the patient's needs. After determining the surgical plan, you need to collect the necessary instruments. For example, you need to administer anesthesia before starting the surgery. After that, you can begin the surgery.

If you find that you don't have enough time to complete a surgery, you can skip it at any time and move on to the next one. 

Tips

The buttons by the bed can adjust the heart rate. If the heart rate is too high due to improper operation, the player needs to press the button to adjust it to a normal range before the surgery can proceed smoothly. Also, if the player accidentally causes bleeding, they need to use the green syringe on the table to inject hemostatic agents into the patient. When the patient's heart rate is too slow, a heart rate regulator is also needed, otherwise it may jeopardize the surgery.

The biggest challenge of the game remains the high difficulty of controlling the space props. Players might want to take a break after finishing the demo and then re-enter the game; they will find the prop controls much easier. This new title not only adds dental surgery but also incorporates the element of performing heart surgery in outer space. It remains to be seen whether these challenging surgeries will appeal to you.
