Otherwise, you can continue to accrue resources and currency while idle (with no time limit, allowing you to indefinitely improve while offline!). The creator has consistently been working to make the game better, adding more storylines, quests, and goals to work towards.

How are souls converted to Slayer Points?

The formula for Slayer Points is 12+{displaystyle {12+LifetimeSlayerPointstimes 4}}. [Note that in this case, LifetimeSlayerPoints refers to total SP + unclaimed SP (from the current ascension)]. In other words, the cost for each SP is 4 more than the previous, and the first costs 12 Souls. Souls are gained by killing Enemies.

Do I stay in the same dimension after ascending?

Yes. After Ultra Ascending, however, you will be sent back to Hills.

When should I ascend?

You should be ascending at 10-20% of your total SP (you can check the stats for your total SP). This range strikes a good balance between the increasing difficulty of gaining SP (each SP costs 4 more souls than the previous one) and the amount of CpS you get from ascending. Ascending at 10-20% of your total SP results in an equivalent 10-20% CpS boost. Simply put, once your unclaimed SP is 10-20% of your total SP, you can consider ascending, you can go further if you're pushing for a specific coin related objective, but otherwise it is best to ascend at 10-20% of your total SP.
