With the Relias app, you have the flexibility to take your assigned courses when it’s most convenient for you—get complete and compliant at your pace and schedule.The Relias Learner app provides healthcare clinicians the ability to easily connect to the Relias Platform where educational and compliance trainings are assigned and completed. Within the Learner app, users access their Relias account to effortlessly start or finish courses from any device. From the home screen, users can view what courses have been assigned to them as well as the completion percentage of each training.Completed courses via the Relias Learner app will automatically sync with the Platform (and vice versa), which allows your supervisor to pull reports with real-time accuracy.

Functions:

Search

Use the Search tab to find and enroll into courses from the Course Library. You can use the search bar to find courses by keywords or topics. After searching for a keyword, you can add Filters to find courses with CEUs for your License(s), Pro on the Go courses, and courses in a specific language. Tap on the title of a course or More Details to read the course's description and enroll. When you enroll into a course, it is added to your assignments on the Home tab.

Please Note: Some courses may not be available to complete in the mobile app. If enrolled into one of these courses, you will see a message indicating it as not available.

Licenses

From the mobile app, you can manage the licenses and certifications in your account. Having your license in your account allows you to access certificates with CE credit, so we highly recommend adding your license. You add a license or certification by tapping Add License / Certification, and you can edit an existing license by tapping on the license card or More Details.

License entry in the app includes all the same fields you can expect if using a desktop. All required fields are indicted with an asterisk. After filling in the Professional Role, State / Province, and License / Certification, details about the accrediting body and CEU approval is available by tapping View CEU Guidance. Please add your complete and accurate Professional Number to ensure automatic CE reporting. Once all required fields are complete, click Save to add your license or certification to your account.

Transcript

The Transcript tab is where you can access any completed modules. Tap a course card and tap View Course to access the course information page. From the course information page, you can complete an evaluation and access certificates. When accessing a certificate, be sure to select the certificate you wish to download and fill out any required information. Your certificate will download and open sharing options on your device.

If you would like to change the language of the Relias Learner App, go to More, tap on Change Language, and select your desired language. Please Note: Change Language only changes the language of app features. Course language is not included. To log out of your account, go to the More tab and tap Log Out.  

Tips for Users:

Utilize Downtime: Take advantage of your downtime by using the app. Whether you're waiting for a doctor's appointment, on a lunch break, or have some free time in between tasks, you can easily access your assigned courses and make progress towards completing them.

Set Reminders: To stay on track with your training, set reminders within the app for when you want to complete specific courses. This way, you won't forget about important training requirements and can plan your schedule accordingly.

Personalize Your Learning Experience: The app allows you to customize your learning experience by choosing when and where you want to complete your courses. Whether you prefer to learn in short bursts throughout the day or dedicate a longer time block to complete a course, personalize your learning experience to suit your preferences and maximize your productivity.
