Your service is good, only frequency of pickup has to be improved. Request you to update the app for multiple locations drop and pickup. You can charge according. This options is provided from most of app service provider. And once we place the order we cannot edit or update the address or location only reschedule option the date is there or cancelling the booking and rebook it. It is little bit inconvenience for the costumers i feel. Please consider this feedback in positively. Thanks

The service needs improvement, the app suddenly stops accepting orders & it impacts business. The customer service needs considerable improvement. There is no CS team 1 number which is all the time busy. I don't prefer to call my known contacts all the time. Please suddenly do not stop accepting orders, it stresses us out as our pricing is based on your delivery costs & if we have to change to another delivery partner, the cost variation impacts our profit.
