The app is great and I use it for my jio fiber but controlling the devices connected to myjiofiber is very difficult as there is no option to rename the devices and it shows the nameas MAC 5, MAC11, desktop axb288k, and such like random names which we can'tidentify easily. So it would be better if there is an option to rename the device. Otherwisethe app is very good . I request the team to please add this feature, it would be veryuseful.

Trying to cancel the Jlo service through their precious app is next to impossible!Theprocedure is to go to 'home, click and enter the OTP they send you. When you do that,no sooner than you enter the 6 digits sent, a new OTP pops up! You have not asked forresend. This popping up of OTPs keep up on and on! You cannot use their app to canceltheir service. I spent hours and did not succeed. Such a waste of time and accumulationof stress!
