this is the greatest delivery app that I have seen my only problem is could you try to make the app more stable? like I would have six items in my to be bought but then it would suddenly be taken out it's not that big of a deal considering that the speed is amazing you get to choose whether you get a bag or not I don't know why that is not more common everything else is literally perfect just that the app sometimes takes out stuff even if it does that I still think this app is worth 5 stars.

Today, when I was ordering food through swiggy, my mother showed interest in learning how to order food online herself. While explaining, she found it very difficult to understand because the entire app,restaurant names, food items, descriptions is available only in English. Many people in India, especially elders and those from non-English speaking backgrounds, are willing to adopt digital platforms but face difficulty due to language barriers. Add a hindi language feature too.

The product quality is consistently good, deliveries are fast, and what impressed me the most is the customer service. When I had an issue, it was resolved in less than a minute — which is the fastest support response I’ve ever experienced on any platform. Great service, reliable deliveries, and excellent support. What is Swiggy Money?

Swiggy Money is a secure digital wallet where you can store digital currency and use it for faster check outs. It prevents payment failures and gives you seamless refunds when necessary.

I am unable to find any restaurants in the railway station where I want to place an order.

This service is currently in limited stations only (Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada). We’ll be increasing serviceability in the near future. Also, the service is available only between 08:00 am and 10:00 pm.

My train is scheduled for next week, when can I place my order?

You can place the order between 24 hours to 90 minutes before the train arrival time.

How is the confirmation of the booking done?

Once an order is placed successfully, you’ll have the option to view the order details and also track the order in the app. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order from the track screen in your Swiggy app. If you cancel the order 2 hours before the train arrival time then 100% of the order value will be refunded. In case the order is not canceled before 2 hours of train arrival time, 100% of the order value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
