Going to say, UE actually has good customer service. I don't make many complaints, however when I do, they come through. Maybe because I order a lot and don't have many issues, however, every issue I have they take care of. Don't scam and you actually get good support. Thank you UE. btw some of your restaurants that don't accept additional messages, are kind of terrible.

With very few exceptions, the service via this app is now very good. For groceries the system for substitutes is interactive so avoids that one critical ingredient not being delivered. You need to keep your phone handy to receive notifications. Some shops are better than others: My Sainsbury's Local is great. For food delivery things are usually faster than stated but at busy times there can be a shortage of couriers. I like that they get the whole tip too as they're doing the work for me.

Uber eats is really good in Sri Lanka especially now because of the new pickme update making the app glitchy.They're uber one membership is great for when you order frequently because you save on delivery, service, tax costs so it's really worth it. The Delivery driver sometimes picks up orders on the way which is fine because then the delivery charge is lower but one thing that's bothered me is that a few drivers had gone to the pickup spot checked the place cancelled without picking it up.
