A little bit higher learning curve than button mapper but at least this one let me customize everything the way I wanted to without having to pay. 5 stars for letting me remap the Essential key on my Nothing 3A after disabling the two essential packages over ADB to keep them from hijacking it again.

Downloaded to try out using my trackball mouse on my phone, wanted to map the extra buttons. Had it up and running exactly the way I wanted in about five minutes flat. Great app.
