There are two main girls in the game. Firstly, we have Elmina who is your typical good girl who is here to study and learn about magic and become the maiden of the world tree. I would say that she is the most fleshed out character as it feels like you can do far more with her than anyone else. We also have Goddess Mel, who like us was brought to this world. She tries to be nice, but she often makes things worse, I really liked her and found her to be a super fun character. There are other ladies here too as well, but their personalities did not feel as well developed as these two.

The gameplay of ISExKAI MAIDEN～Osawari H as you like in another world～ is mostly that of a sex simulator where you have to pet and play with the girls to get them to have sex with you later in the day. The twist here is that you follow them around in the first person and have to use magic/time manipulation to stop them from running away. You could argue that the game is more about kidnapping and sexual assault than anything else. You have different things that you can do with the girls such as petting, licking, and touching and if you do it all right, they will have sex with you. The gameplay loop never changes, but there was something fun about it. There is also a cheat mode you can activate which pretty much makes the girls just stay where they are and let you do what you want with them.

I love the anime vibe that ISExKAI MAIDEN～Osawari H as you like in another world～ has going on. The characters are nice and large and I liked that they had very expressive faces and eyes, it made them feel more “real” if that makes sense. Everything in this game is nice and bright and the visuals are pretty much what kept me wanting to play. Some of the stuff, like licking the cheek of a girl and her being weirded out by it was not for me. However, most of the XXX stuff is very hot and I found the animation to be nice and smooth as well. As far as sex simulators go, I was very happy with the overall visuals and style that this game had to offer.
