Introduction
Animus is a thrilling action-adventure game, available for free download on Android. Immerse yourself in an epic campaign with a grand narrative. Animus presents a revenge game with spectacular 3D battles, where players take on the role of a mysterious pilgrim, summoned by the spirit of a deceased king to fight a lone battle to save his former people and restore the dynasty, fulfilling his mission of protection. Come to Animus, challenge yourself with unprecedented new missions, and defeat darkness in the name of justice!
Awesome Performance
Its inspiration primarily comes from From Software's games—specifically, the Dark Souls series. This title continues the Dark Souls series' high difficulty, original gameplay, and dark fantasy atmosphere.
The main difference between Animus and its predecessors is that it is based on a completely independent game world. Although the various areas on the map are interconnected, each area actually has completely different missions that you must complete (and cannot die) to retain the resources you have accumulated.
In terms of system controls, you'll find that the camera angle rotates around the axe when fighting enemies, causing you to tilt slightly when dodging attacks. Patience and sufficient focus are crucial for figuring out how to accurately dodge enemy attack patterns—a key to survival.
*Animus Harbinger* is a rather unique Android game. Heavily inspired by *Dark Souls* (a popular game on PC and consoles), it perfectly preserves the original's gameplay experience on smartphone touchscreens. Furthermore, because the game breaks down into smaller, more easily understood missions, each with clear objectives, it's almost perfectly adapted to mobile gaming platforms.

Outstanding Features
*Animus Harbinger* takes you back to the past, to the time when the nightmare messenger Kerr first descended upon this land, bringing with him vengeance. You, a solitary pilgrim, a traveler trapped outside of time, a follower of the Resonators, are summoned by the shadow of the late King Cadmus. Cadmus implores you to save the people of Kurheim and the kingdom of Cadmia. Before the memories of blood appeared, you wandered alone between life and death… for the Forsaken cannot die, for they never truly existed… until this day.
Only after your first encounter with the Rift Knights dispatched by Kerr can you prove your strength to Ankh, the Gravekeeper, the embodiment of death. Then swiftly traverse Cadmia, rescuing its inhabitants from the clutches of bizarre witch doctors, hellhounds, and monsters. In the heart of Kurheim, a devoted follower of Cadmus—Grand Krarus Alina—awaits you, perhaps now corrupted into a Corruptor or a Corruptor. Chaos and confusion shroud the land; you will be alone except for your trusty blade, axe, or warhammer. Have mercy on the suffering, and judge those who will become the nightmares of the future. You have returned.

Helpful Tips
In the main quest mode, as you progress through levels and defeat bosses, you will earn upgrade shards and gold, which can be spent at the in-game forge or black market. Like in the Mega Man series, you can acquire weapons and armor after defeating bosses. The various weapons in the game have different performance characteristics. At the start of the game, you'll receive a heavy but extremely slow great axe, perfect for dealing massive damage—but we quickly switch to the faster shield and axe combination.
Depending on your weapon, you'll be able to use a range of unique moves and combos, activated by pressing the B button (light attack) and the A button (heavy attack). You can also use common dodge and block maneuvers, lock onto targets and move around them (poor enemies can't withstand much of this), and unleash a brief berserk mode by pressing the right shoulder button—berserk mode energy is accumulated by successfully attacking enemies.
