Clementine is no longer the helpless little girl she once was, but a resilient young woman who has experienced pain, loss, and betrayal. Now she must protect not only herself but also others. As always, the story is full of twists and turns: you will face difficult moral choices, interactive scenes, unexpected deaths, and constant tension, because even the smallest actions can have irreversible consequences – whether it's stealing chocolate or an accidental gunshot. Season Three allows players to import their choices from previous seasons, continuing their own storyline.

Telltale Games has created many high-quality games for The Walking Dead series, but The Walking Dead: Season Three takes the series to a whole new level. Season Three not only includes a new story and main plotline but also encompasses all the side stories from previous seasons. The first half of the season introduces a new protagonist, while the second half brings back some characters from previous episodes. In addition, this season includes several short stories, one of which will bring an important storyline to a close. Each story is optimized for smartphones and tablets, allowing players to enjoy The Walking Dead: Season Three on any device they prefer. The latter half of this season focuses on introducing a brand new, important character, interspersed with flashback sequences from previous episodes. These flashbacks are set at different points in the timeline and are crucial to driving the plot forward. Similar to previous Telltale games, some flashbacks are followed by others, allowing players to jump to specific points in time as needed. In *The Walking Dead: Season Three*, player interaction with characters not only helps in understanding the plot development but also provides an excellent way for players to interact with other survivors after the zombie apocalypse.

Excellent Features

Choices remain crucial and will determine the fate of many characters. Some choices are made for utilitarian purposes, while others are more morally driven. But many choices are no different from those in our own lives: the results are unpredictable, and sometimes there is no real choice at all. In this terrifying world, you are not a superhero in disguise; you can never truly win in this world, and this is Telltale's most "insidious" trick. In most cases, we can only choose what we think is most important and carefully ignore other options. The entire game is constantly filled with tension, and any moment of warmth can be shattered by a ruthless bullet in the next second. It's worth noting that in the third part of the game, silence seems more compelling than in any previous chapter.

Overall, the first chapter of the game is much better than the second. If we were to evaluate it chapter by chapter, the first chapter would be at least one point higher than the second. However, from an overall structural perspective, the first and second chapters are actually the upper and lower parts of the prologue to Season Three. Perhaps this is why Telltale chose to combine chapters totaling over three hours into a single release. Compared to previous chapters, the game experience will definitely be more exciting after the third part begins.

The QTE (Quick Time Event) sections in the game still exist as an optional "gameplay" component. Their design details borrow from *The Walking Dead: Michonne*, making them more expressive and dynamic than in the previous two seasons. These QTEs are still not difficult, but as a small tool for the developers, they effectively enhance the overall tension of the game. Because the reaction time for some QTEs is very short, players can easily encounter a game over if they are not paying attention.

FIX FOR THE NEXT BUTTON: To get the next button to appear so that you can click it and start the game, go to your phone's settings menu and open the "Fullscreen mode" option, and then turn on the fullscreen option for The Walking Dead Season 3. Graphics are fantastic (no anti-aliasing problems) and it runs at full resolution on my phone.  Also, the game runs at 60 FPS on my Xiaomi Mi 9 phone. Excellent port by the devs.

This is something else, it was awesome. The graphics looked good and the story was great, but it's kind of weird too, you'll know when you play the game. Also, there are too many cutscenes and more emphasis on decision-making, but overall it was a great experience, but Season 2 is still the peak.

The game is awesome. This is my first time playing The Walking Dead and it's one of the best games I've ever played. I have all the seasons from 1-3. I like how you need to think critically to make tough decisions. I hope Season 4 is also added to the Play Store like the others.

Final Verdict

The Walking Dead: Season 3 – This highly anticipated sequel to the popular game continues the style of its predecessors, telling various stories of survival in a post-apocalyptic world. In Season 3, Clementine has clearly grown, no longer a weak and helpless girl, but an independent teenager. As before, the protagonists quickly develop deep bonds, and the sudden death of one of them is shocking. The game doesn't explicitly state when the protagonist's life is "hanging by a thread." The unexpected plot twists are a major highlight of this game. The engaging and compelling story, coupled with the dramatic plot developments, is definitely not to be missed.
