Enhance Equipment With Old Items: You may want to sell your old equipment for Gold, but you'll get more Gold than you need, especially early on. This isn't immediately clear, but you can use old equipment to strengthen your newer, better items.While this is a great way to make your characters stronger, you can only strengthen equipment with the corresponding items. For instance, you can't use accessories to strengthen weapons.Whenever you feel the need to make your weapons stronger, always use your weakest weapons first, since you get plenty of them and can save your upgrade items for better equipment.

Spend Your Resources On Crystals: Speaking of how you use your resources, you should focus on Crystals for now. Crystals will give you one of two things: a Knight or a weapon.Even if you get a repeat Knight, you can upgrade them to a stronger version of the character while keeping weapons or enhancing any you don't want. You'll want to do this until you have all the Knights or make your favorite characters stronger.When you go to the Call Of The Stars menu, you have multiple ways to get more Crystals for free.

Use Dodges To Perform Animation Cancels: The dodge mechanic allows you to avoid damage with invincibility frames, but it also works as an animation cancel. If you press it during any of your attacks, you can immediately end them, offering multiple advantages in combat:Get a quick hit in before dodging an enemy's attack.Canceling immediately at the end of a combo to start another one.Stop your current attack to avoid damage if it's not going to hit the enemy in time.You can't spam dodges, but if you use them to avoid attacks, back off, and get back to fighting, you won't run out of Stamina.

Don't Overlevel Your Starting Knights: Before you enter a map, the game will give you a recommended level, and while it may be tempting to spend all your upgrades to over-level your characters, avoid doing it for the time being.The game gives you multiple Knights at the start, but these are lower level Knights, and you'll earn better ones as you keep playing. It's better to try out new Knights as you unlock them, incorporate them into your team, and bring them up to your current party's level.Start over-leveling your characters once you establish your go-to Knights.

started the game a day ago and can say this is a godsend for me the game has my favorite kind of vibe, it goes really heavy into the dark fantasy,knights,eldritch horrors the story is great so far the art and characters look awesome, i love that they allow us to actually put a proper helmet on our characters unlike most other anime gachas that are scared to hide character faces, the game is a little rough around the edges tho when it comes to bugs and so on but the game is still amazing so far.

Love the game as it reminds me of a good old game called Dragon Crown back in the olden days, lol. Anyway, the character design and overall art style are very reminiscent of DG and are always great. Combat is fun as it's a beat-em up style game where you have 4 characters to switch between each game, making it feel less repetitive. Music is not bad and fits the game. The only problem I have is that they need a skip of some kind to do multiples of a missions because it can become time-consuming.

Absolutely gorgeous looking game. I've only played up to level 10 so far, but the combat is fun, and the story is interesting so far. My only complaint as of yet is the mini-goddess companion. She is quite honestly very annoying and obnoxious, and I wish my character could talk more for himself instead of her being the speaker 80% of the time. It probably wouldn't be as annoying if her voice was normal instead of being high-pitched cause she's small.

I'll give one star for art. It was beautiful. But can't login. It says "Current version doesn't match". And I was so hyped. I'm sure the devs will fix it so I won't uninstall it right now. I'm commenting after full release btw. Update: After a small download, the issue is fixed. Amazing game. 2D side scroller RPG, dark and gory atmosphere with a horror element, and the art is mesmerizing and does justice to the atmosphere. 10/10.
