If you fly directly head-on at an enemy, hold your missiles until you get close and then shoot point blank (500ish distance units). The AI sucks at dodging close range head on missiles.

Hold down the triangle button to make your camera follow your current target. This is extremely useful if you fly in the third person view in a dogfight, because it makes it way easier to see what the enemy is doing. A lot of people start out just chasing the arrow that points to their current target in a dogfight, which is super inefficient and slow.

Unguided bombs are actually pretty good, but LASMs (long range air to surface missiles) are the best air to ground weapon for most situations. You can use them to take out enemy SAMs and AA guns from far off, then clean up other enemies with no danger of getting hit.

I would recommend that you buy the Mirage 2000. It's available very early, has UGBS (the best unguided bomb, despite its small blast radius you get gobs and gobs of them) and LASM as its specials, and has top tier maneuverability and acceleration. It has extremely poor (worst in game) stability, so it will teach you to be a more precise pilot as well.

The faster you go, the harder it is for enemies to engage you. If you use "boom and zoom" tactics (fly at high speed and altitude, pick a vulnerable enemy, dive on them and shoot, then run away) you can beat the hardest fights of this game fairly easily. Don't let the Yellow Squadron drag you down to low speeds or they will crush you.

Keep an eye on your radar. When you approach enemies, try to come in from their rear sector. Starting a dogfight on the enemy's tail instead of merging at a weird angle can make fights way, way easier.

And last but not least, if you want to smash every ace combat game ever, look up the high yo yo maneuver, and the low yo yo maneuver. These two basic fighter maneuvers absolutely smash the majority of enemy pilots in the series.

This game is nice with wonderful graphics. The sad part is that you run out of ammo mid gameplay and you are just a sitting duck, there is no refill if you don't have money. My suggestion is, make refill points. I understand that you have to make money, but we should be able to reload certain guns, and if we want other types of guns we should pay for those. 

Easy to learn quickly. Lots of fun! Only two things I would like to see done differently: instead of auto locking to the nearest target (sometimes subsequently forcing your nose down to follow it), I'd like to be able to manually choose targets, ignoring a newer but closer target while on a chase. Sometimes I deal damage to an enemy and they break away from my targeting system and I have trouble finding them again. Cycling through targets would fix that issue. Also first person would be cool.

The graphics realism is more than good, the controls are just fine perfect, but adding more realism will be amazing, when I set my camera angle to interior FPS, it's just a simple interior sticker and feels very awkward like as a player if anyone plays the game for the first time, he will be really impressed with the graphics realism but as soon as he turns on his interior view, it will be just lame, I wish if there was a animated control stick and working missile button in the cockpit.

It's a really good game, it's more than enough, but they can improve some things like the controls, sometimes the game change the invert controls for itself and also it has some troubles with the Gyroscope, the data of the airplanes could be more realistic and the audio could be more realistic too. Apart of that, it's a really good game, it's the best war aircraft game in Play Store.
