Crimes gives you upgrades. Most are just health and focus upgrades. But there are others too. You get most of the upgrades by going past 80%. The district ur doing will go from red, orange, yellow, green. Even if it's fully green it doesn't mean that specific district is done but nearly done. Look in main menu for your %. Doing story and activity missions that are Arsenic, Dragon Tail and Apocalypse then doing those missions will put % on that district. Also Story Gives you upgrades.

Example: I do a Dragon Tail story mission and i will get a certain % on all Dragon Tail districts. doing purely story will not get u 100% on all districts but about like 50% .

Note: you will need to do this again as black suit spider man

Most Tokens give you upgrades. The Arsenic, Dragon Tail and Apocalypse Tokens will give you abilities that deal damage to the token your collecting,

Example: Collecting all Dragon Tail Tokens will give you the ability to deal double damage to all Dragon Tail enemies.

Secret Tokens will Give you the final upgrade for focus. Skyscraper and Sewer Tokens do not give anything other then 100%.

It almost becomes a rhythm game as you perfect the block-counterattack system, especially for the boss fights. And when you aren’t fighting some crazy mutant or saving the city from serial bombers, a casual swing through Manhattan at night is almost therapeutic.

Miles better than that stupid Batman clone called Amazing Spider-Man. The web swinging is great, you can reach ridiculous speeds like over 200 miles/hour. Great combat system with lots of combos, special attacks and web attacks. You can yank an enemy in the air and use him as a missile, pile-driving him into the ground and sending other enemies flying. Side missions will make you punch yourself in the face from the nail-biting difficulty, and that's a good thing.

Even something as simple as web-slinging provides a thrill, as players can delight in utilizing the speed of a swing to shoot Spidey forward before letting him freefall towards the streets below, only to anchor a nearby object with a web strand via the right trigger mere seconds before he goes splat.

If theres one thing I can say about Spiderman 3, its that its one of the greatest movie games ever. It is signifigantly underrated. Unlike the Superman Returns game, you can explore this large open world and play missions whenever you want. Theres a larger amont of content and the graphics are even better. The controls are also very responsive.
