Hi guys, I am not sure, if it is a bug in the app or an intentional algorithm to steal someextra bucks from people using this app for train booking. Let me try to explain this. Daybefore yesterday I was trying to book a tatkal ticket through this app, once the paymentwas made, it pushed me to IRCTC site for login, I was trying to login but due to someissue the login was delayed and a message pop up that as you didn't logged into IRCTCaccount, the ticket is not generated and refund of amount paid is initiated successfully.Believe me or not but I clearly read this message and it having faith in app didn't tookscreenshot. Since I needed to travel so retried booking and got it done successfully.Thanks to this excellent, smart,intelligent App, after 1/2 an hr I noticed that actually Ihave got two confirmed tickets on my name in same train on sane day on sane route butin different coaches and there was no refund. No cancellations as it's tatkal and 100%non refundable, no option to contact customer care for such issue... simply I lost 1200/-2to this .. so developer, may I request you to look into this, if not an intentional pathcreated by you guys. Recently I was trying to book a ticket through IRCTC portal and I had problemsconnecting to the portal as the portal was experiencing issues. I tried ixigo and wassuccessful in selecting the train and tickets and after payment I had issues logging intoirctc with my credentials as the irctc was till experiencing issues. Though money gotdebuted from my card, I was not sure if I will be able to get the ticket as it was Tatkalbooking and the seats vanish soon. To my surprise I got a notification from ixigo after afew hours that the site is up and I could complete the transaction. I continued thetransaction and I was delighted to see that the Tatkal seat was indeed booked.Also thecoach and seat positions has been correct all the time which helps in boarding at thestations without any hassle.
