Why can’t I see my OKTA login screen?

This could be due to your cookie settings being disabled/blocked on your device for the browser you're using.

To enable cookies on iOS:

Open the Settings app.

Scroll down and tap on Safari.

Tap Advanced.

Make sure the Block All Cookies toggle is disabled.

If you have an Android device:

Open Chrome and tap on the 3-dot overflow menu at the top-right.

Tap Settings and scroll down to the Advanced section.

Select Site settings and scroll down to the Content section.

Tap Third-party cookies and make sure Block third-party cookies is not enabled.

Try to login again after you've followed these steps, you should now be able to go through OKTA as expected.

Can Monash College students use the app?

No, unless you are enrolled in Monash University courses. At the moment the app is designed only for current Monash University students (except for Monash Indonesia students).

Can Monash staff use the app?

No, only current Monash University students can use the app.

Can external users with Monash guest accounts use the app?

No, the Monash Study App is only available to current Monash University students. External users with guest accounts (e.g. ext-username@monash.edu), are not supported at this time.
