Excellent support! After installing the app for the 1st time my prepaid number was shown as postpaid. I have given a mail to the support team regarding the issue (but didn't expect that they will respond). Surprisingly they responded just the next working day and fixed the problem. Impressive. Keep up the good work!!!

The app is well designed with a good interface. I was able to recharge and check my account details, and it's especially convenient when I am abroad to check the status of validity of my number. Only suggestion would be in the home screen currently I can see validity of my recharge plan but not of my main account. I have to go into profile and account information to see that. If that information can also be made available on the home screen, it would make it a bit more user friendly. Great Job!

Initially I had given one star for the registration error after login with OTP for adding other numbers. Now, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and created the new account without login with OTP. This time, I am able to login and add other numbers Without issues, I've given it 5 stars. The user interface is very nice, and they seem to have kept old-timers in mind. It's good.
