ProSafe

ProSafe is an emergency response application designed specifically for the hospitality industry. In an urgent situation, users can simply press the "Help" button to transmit their location to hotel staff, who will then provide the necessary assistance. Once an alert is activated, the app automatically records video, which users can access at any time—a feature that can be useful for protecting their rights. The software also includes a built-in chat function, allowing users to communicate with various hotel staff members to share their requests, suggestions, and feedback, thereby contributing to the ongoing improvement of the hotel’s services.

Features of ProSafe:

Panic Alert: The most important feature of ProSafe is its emergency alert system. When an employee needs immediate assistance, the system can generate a panic alert so the appropriate hotel staff can respond. This can be especially useful in situations where making a normal phone call may take too much time.

Location Sharing: ProSafe can send an employee’s location to hotel staff during an emergency. Knowing where an alert came from can help the response team reach the employee faster instead of wasting time trying to find the exact location. The official platform describes real-time location awareness as one of its main safety features.

Video Evidence: Another useful feature is the ability to record video evidence when an alert is active. This can help create a record of an incident and provide additional information to the hotel management or response team. The Google Play listing specifically mentions video evidence and an evidence log.

Evidence Log: ProSafe APK allows users to view stored evidence related to incidents. This is an important feature that is not usually found in basic panic-button applications because it helps organizations maintain a record of safety-related events.

QR Code Scanning: The app can use QR codes to record the employee’s location, such as a particular hotel room or area. This can be useful when the organization has configured QR codes throughout its property.

Staff Chat: ProSafe includes an integrated chat system that allows hotel employees to communicate with other staff members. This means the application can be useful for regular safety communication as well as emergencies. The latest updates have also added chat improvements and @mentions in crew chats.

How to Use ProSafe:

ProSafe should be used according to the emergency procedure set by your hotel. Before an incident occurs, make sure you know where QR codes are located and which staff members respond to emergency alerts. The ProSafe latest version may show the available reporting and communication tools after you sign in.

Open ProSafe on your Android phone when you need to report an emergency or workplace concern.

Activate the panic alert so the designated hotel team receives the notification.

Scan the QR code in the room or designated area when available, so the incident is linked to that location.

Record video while the alert is active if documentation is needed and this follows your hotel’s process.

Use the in app chat to share relevant details with staff, then review the evidence log later if your role allows access.

Update:

New Bluetooth Button Engine: Improved battery life and out-of-range detection.

Active Alert Banner: Alerts now appear as a non-intrusive banner.

Chat Mentions: Use @mentions in crew chats.

Redesigned Panic Screen: Now shows the last known location.

Button Status: New connection status notifications.

Chat Improvements: UI improvements and bug fixes.

Final Thoughts:

ProSafe fits hotel employees, supervisors, and property managers who want a structured emergency alert tool. It’s most useful in guest rooms, service corridors, parking areas, and other isolated work spots where quick reporting and proof capture can make a difference.
