The plot of Succubus Affection is that we were raised by our succubus sister since we were little and not wanting to be a burden on her, we decide to head out in search of adventure to become stronger. There is not exactly a lot in terms of the story here, but what is here is decent enough, and “befriending” monster girls is really all the motivation I need!

This is a 2d style action RPG and a very good one at that. You will go to different areas and have to fight various monster girls. I liked how each one has their own name as it makes things a bit more personal. When you defeat a monster girl, you can befriend them if you know what I mean. This will raise your stats and can give you new abilities. Succubus Affection is like most other RPGs, where you are always looking to get stronger and get better abilities and equipment as you play. The only gameplay thing I was not super keen on was always having to go back to your house to rest, it sometimes put the breaks on a fun run that I was on.

Befriending a monster girl basically means that they will have sex with you, well that is kind of what it means. You need to download the XXX patch to truly appreciate this. While the sex action is great, you do also get various gameplay benefits for calling in a monster girl to do some “befriending” with you. It is a pretty neat gameplay mechanic and something that I feel makes Succubus Affection pretty unique.

I am a huge fan of the visuals here. The sprite work is fantastic and instead of going for the 8-bit retro look like many games do these days. This is going for higher-end more modern looking sprites. It looks like a game that you would find on the Nintendo Switch. It has bright colors, and great animation and each area that you go to has lots of little details in the background too.
