Introduction

Hungry Dragon: by Hungry Shark is an action-adventure game in which you control a ferocious dragon, unleashing its fury upon a city and demolishing everything in its path—from buildings to the very landscape itself. As you wreak havoc, you earn higher scores and rewards. The game offers diverse gameplay, including leagues where you can compete against players from around the world. You can also outfit your dragon with a variety of cool costumes, granting them enhanced abilities and a competitive edge in battle. Furthermore, you can boost your dragon’s stats by collecting various pets and exotic creatures.

Gameplay:

Control of a mythical being in dragon form is what players will take control of in this title. It is the players responsibility to lead the creature through the environments of the game while meeting the creature’s biological needs such as it’s hunger. The dragon’s health is represented by a bar that is continuously depleting while it is flying. In order for the dragon to keep it’s health up it must search for and consume game in the environment. The rate at which the health bar decreases is not constant and varies depending on the environment, the conditions and perhaps stage of the game. Because of the constant need for movement and hunting, players will need to give thought to the dragon’s movement and it’s survival, continuing the theme of importance of resource management for the length of the game. In the bottom center of the screen is a boost bar. This bar represent a similar function to the health bar in which if fully utilized it allows the player to give the dragon a boost of speed for a very short time. The boost bar depletes and requires a few seconds to recharge before it can be used again.

A key element of the game is the Fire Rush mechanic, which is represented by a bar located on the user interface. This bar fills up as the dragon eats prey. Once the bar is full, the dragon is able to spit fire. Fire is a useful mechanism to defeat other species and environmental objects. There are several economic effects of this state. Anything that is attacked by the dragon and defeated is converted to gold coins. Fire Rush is the major way to make money in the game. Players have to tactically eat lots of prey to increase the chance of entering this state to earn gold coins. The longer the prey is consumed, the higher the score of the bar and the dragon can attack with fire.

Features:

Expansive Open Worlds: The game offers large, interconnected environments where players can explore freely. From lush forests and villages to mystical caves and mountainous terrains, every map is packed with secrets, hidden treasures, and unsuspecting prey. This open-world design allows players to discover new areas and challenges with every flight.

Costumes can improve stats such as speed, defense, or firepower, giving players more control over how they approach each challenge.

Companions and Pets: In addition to dragons, players can unlock companions that follow them during gameplay. These pets add unique abilities such as increasing gold collection, boosting attack power, or providing protection against enemies. Useful Tips:

Get Bigger Combos By Eating Birds That Are Bunched Together: Want to get a good combo string? The easiest way to do this is to look for the birds that are flying together in a large pack. That would allow you to easily eat them one after the other, increasing your points total and keeping your dragon alive with a full bar of health, or helping him recover after you’ve seen the “Eat More,” “Starving,” or even “Critical” notifications. Take note that you need to eat them quickly in succession in order for your combo multiplier to add up – eating one creature, then pausing to fly around, then eating another creature won’t result in your points getting multiplied. This could be tricky, but it’s not always all about the combos – sometimes, all that matters is feeding your dragon a bit so that his health does not reach dangerously low levels.

A Basic List Of What To Avoid: Alas, not everything your dragon can get his fangs on is good for him. Sometimes, eating a certain creature, or even colliding into one and not eating it, could result in your dragon getting poisoned, wounded, cursed, or bewitched. These are all things you want to avoid, and while we won’t go much into depth as this is a beginner’s guide, we shall nonetheless look at some of the more common things you should avoid in Hungry Dragon: by Hungry Shark, if you don’t want to lose a ton of health and put yourself at risk. The most common things to avoid, we’d say, are the mines. These are the big, yellow spiky things that you will encounter at random; colliding into a mine will cause it to explode, injuring your dragon and taking out about 20 percent to a quarter of its health. Avoid mines at all costs, especially if your health is running low. Next, you will, at some parts of the in-game map, encounter red bugs, which will actually take a bite out of your health. Those common purple bugs may be fine to eat, but these ones are a must to avoid. You will also encounter human farmers armed with bows and arrows, or big soldier types armed with spiked bats, hoping to kill your dragon before he kills them. As we mentioned above, humans are very much edible in this game, but you’ll want to avoid getting shot at by an arrow, as that could wound you, or get bashed by a spiked bat, which could cost you a significant amount of health.Once you’re at a slightly more advanced stage, having played the game for a while, you may encounter the witches, which you can eat without any issue, but could blast you and cause you to be cursed, which means you will progressively lose health for a few seconds. Also, anything that’s glowing green needs to be avoided as well, as these creatures are poisoned, and would poison your dragon as well.

Consume Gold-Colored Creatures To Earn Coins: The coins you earn in the game can be used to unlock new dragons or equip new outfits or pets (more on them later), and the game will tell you early on that you can earn more coins by eating any gold-colored creature. We’re not just talking about birds here – these creatures also include golden bugs, and even golden people. You won’t miss them, as they take on a shining gold appearance in Hungry Dragon: by Hungry Shark, making them easy to spot. Just a word of caution – if there are mines or other harmful obstacles getting in the way of these golden creatures, you’re better off playing it safe and leaving them alone, rather than risk getting blown up by a mine, or cursed by a witch, for instance.

Complete The Missions For A Ton Of Gold: You can, however, earn gold much faster by completing any one of the missions, which you can view right before the start of a run. You may be asked to score a certain number of points, eat a specific number of birds, or use your Fire Rush a certain number of times. And while some of the missions may seem daunting at first glance, the good thing about missions is that progress is cumulative; if you don’t accomplish the mission in one run, whatever numbers you accumulated toward that mission will remain, and will add up as you complete more and more runs. We’re talking about several hundreds worth of gold here, so make sure to review the missions so you know what to do to complete them!As a bonus tip, you may not like all the missions you are given, but the game allows you to re-roll for another one that may hopefully be more to your liking. All you need to do is to watch an ad video in order to replace an old mission; you can also watch videos to make a new mission available, on top of the ones you already have.

Player Comments:

I the game mechanics are awesome , but sometimes can take damage when there's no enemies around, and the witch attacks follow you no matter how far you are even if you ate them, boss battles would also be nice , and new dragons to play with. It's also hard to go underwater , and the archers attacks are too fast to avoid , the goblin swordsman attack cancels eating them , even when they haven't detected you. Finally , please add better more easier ways to farm coins , the perk dragons need to have higher percentages , other then that , this is a awesome game , great job , and I hope to see more like it , please consider what I said, and also thank you for asking for my opinion, stay awesome.

Like its originator, this game has fun elements to it like Hungry shark. Has that recongnizable art style and fun dynamic as the last game. However, it is different It has one large map, expanding as their largest. It also excludes accessories, for those people who like simple gameplay. All you need is a pet and skin and you're good to go. As per usual, no surprise ads here. They also hold tournaments for free prizes as well. Over fun game, just as good as its predecessor.

I've been playing this game for several years and it never fails to entertain. I'll admit some of the gold costs are pretty crazy but this is a slow-rack-up-over-time sort of game anyway. Gems are fairly easy to rack up too if you save and get your bonuses. I will say I did pay to be rid of ads though, and you're not entirely free of them but it's more on your terms, which is fine by me. Love the goofy characters/dragons!

I absolutely love this game, great for killing time, special events or tournaments are always going on it seems like. There is a lot of stuff they try to get you to buy with real money, but there always seems to be a way to get it without having to purchase it, I don't feel like I have to pay to get cool stuff. I do wish there would be more normal dragons though, like another couple tiers or so, or at least some new locations, but its still new compared to their hungry shark games.

Conclusion:

Hungry Dragon: by Hungry Shark will definitely help you increase your mood after stressful hours of studying or working. The game brings diverse experiences to users with interesting and attractive gameplay. You will control ancient dragons and destroy things around you.
