Always rally point your barracks in front of ranged towers so they can be supported while blocking enemies.

Don't use a certain type of tower excessively. Each tower is good in its own way and they need to work together.

Don't hold back on Reinforcements. Spam them near other friendly units and generally in places where you need to block enemies. If they are ranged(once upgraded), place them behind your units to make sure they deal most damage.

Rain of fire is a different skill, though. Only use it when you really need to.

Don't build/upgrade your towers near the exit right away. Instead, focus on the area where most enemies pile up.

Pay attention to enemy resistances: Armored enemies take less damage from Barracks, Archers and Artillery. Enemies with magic resistance take less damage from Mages.

Heroes are useful. Always keep your Hero near other friendly units and if the hero is dying, simply relocate him/her to a safe place, so they can recover.

Don't be afraid to use Rain of Fire if a massive number of enemies is piling up, even if they're not near the exit.

Artillery ignores half of armour, and all of magic resist, so it's the most versatile in that regard.

Place reinforcements with spears on paths where no enemies are walking on, or place them at the very edge of the path, to avoid them getting engaged. That way, they can throw more spears.

In Kingdom Rush (first game), try to move your hero to attack enemies if they're not necessary in the chokepoint. They need to gain xp to be useful, so try to get them some.

I grown up playing this back on the flash games era and the series is still the best in its' genre! That is why I will rate it instead on which title is what I see is better done. Starting off with this classic, everything is great from the campaign to the mini campaigns but this by far is the hardest, no hand holding either, it is the start of the series but I don't recommend this for the faint of heart though this one has the most mini campaigns so that's a plus but it still ranks 4th for me.

Excellent game that has no ads. A TD game where you really have to think about how you'd set up your defenses and the difficulty is just right (although some levels are really hard). Not heavily p2w as there's guides on many levels and it is satisfying to finish hard levels with little to no hearts loss. It is really a fun game where anyone can try and see it for themselves.

One of the best tower defense games I've played, possibly the best. Despite there only being 4 towers, there are many unique upgrades for each one, leading to many diverse strategies. One tiny problem is that way too many heroes are locked behind pay walls, and some levels are extremely difficult without them. But all in all, it's an awesome game!

This is the best game I tried, honestly. No ads, playable without wifi, good build-up, difficulty in the game is very steady going. There's a possibility to watch an ad to get more diamonds but it is not necessary as the game let's you win diamonds even though you lose a match. It's a one of a kind game where you don't need to spend money to win and that's currently the most important things. It is a cool, mobile single player strategy game. 5/5
