Strategies of Rusted Warfare:

First when you start a game you usualy have a Command Center and a builder. Now for this guide we will be using the set up of 3 Combat Engineers (which we will be referring to as CE). You can find this option is found in the advanced options menu. We will also be refering to the difficulty of the AI as Hard to Very Hard.

Now that thats over with we will start the game. So first find your Extractor Mines and place a Extractor on top of it. Now with your remaining two CEs build 2 Anti Airs, and 3 ground turrets. But always make sure that your turrets range can reach each other so they can provide support if they get attacked. Now this procces may take awhile depending on your starting fund but this usually doesn't take to long. Next you can do your other things like building more Extractors, Unit Builders, etc.

So good places to place yout turrets also depends on where you are or if your using mods. For this we will not be using mods and will not go into that, however if anybody would like a modded guide just tell me and I can make one. OK, so if you have a base thats on an island your turrets should be spread out and you may need to make more turrets to make up for lost space that is not defended. But place your turrets around the perimider ground turrets in front and AA turrets behind. For better range and damage upgrade your turrets (Well get into that later). If you are on a coast line do the same thing but you might want to keep the AA more back because Air units could come form many directions. If you are in a all land map then place your turrets in a more square formation around the preimider of you base. It helps to use turrets as a wall to stop the enemy from barging into your base.

Great! So now you have your basic defences set up and are now ready to attack the enemy! Thats great and all, but there will come a point in were you might experiece that your buildings are being destoyed and you have to re-build them. Well for a quick fix on that Repair Bays are the best option for you. Now for an experienced players you may be like "DUH!" and yes it is a big duh, but for early game players this might be helpful.

So you should by this point have a good stock of money and are using some of it on units to fight back at your enemies. But if you want to help keep your defences at tip top put repair bays close to your defences and put some in your base to keep them in best shape! Repair bay should cover your whole base at best to be able to repair after a large assault on your base.

Now for new and improved base building put your ground turrets around you base perimeter with AA turrets behind them. Upgrade all of them except a few ground turrets to tier 2 guns, the other ones upgrade to artiliery. Upgrade all AA turrets to tier 2 sams. This will help stop units from even getting into your base. For a coastal map It's the same principal but instead you should just build from the front becuase untis can really come from on direction.

I've been playing this game since i was a kid, to the point I'd be fighting against 4 impossible AI's, the thing I've noticed the AI is only powerful in the early game, it can develop early and attack earlier depending on their difficulty, and when it's around mid game when I'm well developed I can easily destroy them, if, only if, they were organized then they would be able to defend and protect their allies, and would be harder in the late game. I'm still enjoying the game very much!

I would say this is by far the most fun mobile RTS game I have ever played, and I think it definitely puts PC to mobile. The graphics are fun to watch as things explode, and I love how your allies actually help you. I think some more types of turrets (ex: railgun, torpedo, depth charge, mortar, etc.) Would make it even better. And maybe some walls you can build to make defense and doors to let troops come in and out, but all and all, great job, I can't wait to get the full version.

This RTS has a huge amount of fun gameplay for just the limited four sandbox maps I have. Hours played on this game, even without the multiplayer mode. Can't even imagine how amazing the full game is if my parents would give me the money to buy the full version lol. Now that i think of it, unlimited possibilities is actually possible in this game because of user made maps. Although i wish there was a tutorial to help starting players, once you learn what does what, the game is incredibly fun.

My uncle and I always play this when I was 10, and it's so fun. The controls are easy, plus I can add mods now, i have a lot of mods and maps in this game and it's so fun than before. For those who complain that they should add more units and maps, what's the purpose of the "mod" button on the homescreen? You could've just add mods if you want more units.. That's so simple..
