TMNT: Shredder's Revenge is a side-scrolling action-adventure game where players fight alongside many familiar Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles companions to thwart the villain's evil plans. Gameplay:

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge is a side-scrolling action brawler with a pixelated artstyle and elements from Battletoads. The player assumes control of Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, April O'Neil, Master Splinter, and unlockable character Casey Jones as they combat opponents including the Foot Clan, Bebop and Rocksteady, Krang, and Shredder in locations ranging from New York City sewers to Dimension X. Each character has their own attributes (range, speed, and power) and plays differently. They have unique super moves and taunts. Throughout each stage, players can find pizza boxes, which can be used to heal them, and other pies that grant players extra strength and infinite supers for a brief period of time.

The game features two different modes: Arcade Mode and Story Mode. In arcade mode, players have a limited amount of lives, and the game must be completed in one sitting. Story mode allows players to exchange accumulated points for health, extra lives, additional combat moves, and a special ability known as Radical Mode which temporarily enhances the player character's combat abilities. In story mode, each stage has optional side-content, challenges, and collectibles. In addition to the single-player mode, the game supports cooperative multiplayer for up to six players, both online and locally. Players can high-five to share health, or work together to perform certain moves.

Help the turtle ninja defeat the dangerous guy: You can see that lousy guy always harm the world in many ways. But they never expected that our heroes are always prepared. The robot legions of evil forces are attacking. Let’s crush them and find the whereabouts of the other leader. You will control a team of teenage ninja turtles with your hands. You can switch between these quickly. We use the punch and kick buttons or move together to create combos. Help the ninja knock down the enemies on their way. Don’t let your members suffer a lot. Protecting lives is quite essential to aim for.

Fight with the enemy: We will go through each game level to get to the evil villain. You will control a team of characters arranged by yourself. Four mighty ninja turtles, Leo, Raph, Donnie, and Mikey, may work together. You can also choose a mouse master or others if they are helpful on the battlefield and match your strategy. Each character has its unique combos and potentials. You can create exciting fighting styles from these guys. Feel free to combo to increase your score to the highest. The combos will be the vessel for your victories. Increase the sum of points to the maximum to receive rewards.

Beware of the enemy: The enemies sent to destroy your team will have many levels. Usually, these little robot names are pretty slow and weak. Moving on to the following chapters, there will be technological improvements that will put you in trouble. There are small but high-speed robots. Some robots are massive and do a lot of damage. How we dodge their attacks is essential. Not only that, we must destroy these names very quickly. Otherwise, they will put you at a significant disadvantage. Even your teammates will be dangerous. So make sure you have enough special abilities to complete the task.

Useful Tips:

Use Your Environment: If you read our walkthrough, you probably know that each level in this game includes various items you can use as traps to damage your enemies. However, each episode also features obstacles, like passing cars or animal stampedes, that can hurt you and your enemies. The next time you see a spiky floor or a pit, grab the nearest enemy and throw them in that direction.

Take Your Time To Learn The Moves: When you first start the game is ok to feel overwhelmed by the extensive set of moves each character can perform. However, we highly recommend you take your time and learn the moves. Performing a particular move can be the difference between losing a life and having to restart the level again or keep progressing through the story. For example, flying attacks like the Somersault Slice work best for flying enemies, Fling Tosses are great for getting rid of enemies with just one move, and Taunting replenishes your Ninja Power bar.

Smash Everything You See: During each level, you will see objects you can destroy, like Foot Clan crates, tool boxes, and even popcorn machines! So when you get the chance, destroy all the things you can; chances are there's a hidden health-restoring pizza or a secret item hidden in there.Moreover, once you move forward, you won't be able to come back and pick up any item you might have missed, so you really want to bust open those crates when you can, or you'll need to replay the level again to do so.  

Don't Stick With Just One Character: Something that sets Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge apart from old arcade games is that you have the freedom to play with different characters in one playthrough. From the start, you will have access to all of the Ninja Turtles, April, and Splinter (with the option of unlocking Casey Jones once you've completed Story Mode). Each character has animations, moves, and attributes tailored for them, so it's best to take your time and play with each character to see which fits best in your play style.

I love beat-em-ups, and this and Streets of Rage 4 are the best ones this century. It is so worth buying, it stands toe to toe with Turtles in Time and above some classics like Hyperstone Heist or TMNT Arcade. It is in the elite-tier of its genre and I can't say enough good things about it. Just pure joy.

What do you want? It's a loving tribute to not only the classic 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, but to the original Konami arcade game, and much more. Six players at once, with some great character pulls, a story mode, a survival mode. There's few other ways to just shut off your brain and kill a few hours with friends.

Incredible TMNT game in the style of the classic old-school 2D side-scrolling beat ’em ups. The combat is really fluid and satisfying, and if you’ve ever played games like Double Dragon or the older TMNT arcade games, it has that same kind of feel but way more modern and polished. You have combos, special attacks, dodges, team moves, and a lot more freedom with how you fight, which makes the combat feel much more fluent and fun instead of just button mashing. This game has a lot of TMNT lore and references in it, if you love the TMNT then you will love this game I even love how it even has the opening music to show as its intro its just great. This game hits that "I need another TMNT game itch" just right.

Shredder's Revenge is a treat. Playing this game feels like traveling back in time to an early 90's arcade machine. The pixel art, visuals, and sound are punchy and full of life. The intro blasts through your speakers and feels like the theme song to a Saturday morning cartoon. The vibes in Shredder's Revenge are exceptional.What is also exceptional is the gameplay. As an adult, I often find myself getting a little bored with the beat-'em-up Turtle games of the past, namely TMNT II and TMNT III on the NES. Shredder's Revenge, however, expands on those games in all the right ways.The number of combos and moves is just right. There aren't so many that the combat ever becomes overwhelming, but there are enough to keep you interested throughout every encounter. Hacking and slashing your way through a room or level while taking minimal damage is thoroughly satisfying and rewarding. The character level-up system also adds a welcome little hit of dopamine as you progress.The game is decent on your own, but it's really an experience you should share with someone else. I've been playing Shredder's Revenge with my 5 year old on the chill difficulty, and we're both still having a great time. The game supports up to six players simultaneously, which I haven't tried yet, but sounds like an absolute blast.If you're a Turtle fan or a beat 'em up genre fan, you've got to give Shredder's Revenge a try. It's absolutely worth it.
