Strategies of NU: Carnival - Bliss:

In the beginning there will be a steamy scene, skip it (you can always watch it again later), and read Aster tutorials carefully as he will also guide you to the very basic thing in the game.

Once you’re done with all the tutorials, make sure to hold yourself back from doing gacha.

Clear Chapter 1 with only Aster and Morvay in your team, get the rewards from the chapter, claim all your rewards from daily, weekly, monthly, and personal tabs. And then you can continue to Chapter 2.

Make sure to level up your team to the current max level before you get into Yakumo boss fight as he is a strong first boss you will encounter. He also deals a huge damage to your party every turn, so you might want to be careful.

After fighting Yakumo, you will receive R grade Yakumo.

He is a healer class and will be your main healer for now. Don’t forget to add him to your team.

Raise everyone’s level, raise their potential as well if you can, and proceed to clear Chapter 2. Make sure you clear even all the free stages so you don’t have to go back and forth.

If you’re stuck, or not getting 3 stars at the last free stage, simply level up your teams by spamming Scavenger Hunt or Business Hour stage 1. The one with tickets will give you higher exp so you can level up faster.

At this point, always save your spirit gems. Check your inventory and if you have 10 of 1x Essence Contracts, go to shop > special > barter, and trade them for x10 Essence Contract.

Just by clearing 2 chapters, you already have 3 of x10 Essence Contracts, and 12k spirit gems. Save up your sorcery gems, the red one, because it’s very rare and valuable and you want to use it only when you really really need it.

Before you start Chapter 3, make sure to raise everyone to level 10, and raise their potential as much as you can.

Your current team should be Aster, Morvay, and Yakumo, all level 10. Battle might seem a bit slow with only 1 damage dealer but it should do for now.

After clearing stage 3-02, exploration will be open. Just follow the tutorial then leave it be for now, you can get back to it later after you’re done with everything because exploration needs R and N grade characters to operate.

Go back to Chapter 3, and once you reach boss stage, double check your team if they need their level raised.

Edmond Boss Stage is a bit difficult because he attacks your team with a very strong attack in the beginning. Then every turn, he attacked twice. Worry not, your team will survive this. It looks a bit scary in the beginning because their HP is dropping really fast. But it will be alright, that’s why we always put a healer in our team.

I got through the stage with my level 10 Aster, Morvay and Yakumo.

You don’t have to worry about wasting your resources on Morvay or Aster because they proved to be a valuable ally even late in the game. But, if I can suggest, you should keep Morvay because he is the only tank in the whole game, while there are a lot of damage dealers.

Absolutely love this game! It's thick with story and the battle scenes don't interrupt the storyline too much. Combat is also fun, and I love that you don't waste energy when you fail! There are some rather explicit scenes, but they are completely optional, which I really appreciate. Definitely worth trying out, I've been having so much fun so far!

I just like Yoai, but the game does what I believe is a good explanation of what to do and how to play as well as give you chances to go back to the previous level if you didn't get 3 stars on the battle, and it also gives feedback on how to help level characters, but I'd say it's mainly for those who have a lot of patience and are willing to take the time to enjoy the handsome characters.

What is up with these pack price tags? A '50%off' $14 gatcha 10pull? I understand the money comes from these packs and I appreciate slooty himbos but these packs are priced as if your including cost for labor and manufacturing like they are actual items with material costs instead of a copy pasted code that does not cost you anything to give out, there's no warehouse being paid for to house inventory. Mobile games are more predatory than the than all of EA.

Good game, bosses are like puzzles to avoid power creep, multiple characters released year 1 are still meta. Little bit of fomo as each unit has important stories but if you pick a character to only pull on them you're guaranteed to get them every time they appear. ~100 pulls a month, with characters showing up every ~3 months. Do just play the uncensored one on Erolabs though.

What is Sorcerer's Mojo and how do I level it up?

Sorcerer's Mojo is a mechanic encouraging new players to progress through the story chapters. Upon completing story chapters 1-4, the game gives you free Mojo EXP for Mojo levels 4, and chapter 8 completion gives you Mojo EXP to level 5. However, free-to-play levels stop there. To advance further, you have to spend real-life money to obtain Mojo EXP past level 5. Purchasing and spending E-coins give around ~0.8 Mojo EXP per E-coin.

What is the best way to gain player levels?

Spend your energy/stamina! All stages give a fixed ratio of 12 EXP per energy spent (e.g. a 15 energy stage will give 180 EXP [15 * 12]). The only way to gain player levels faster is to play any stage and spend your energy. You can speed this up by using energy potions, named as Tiny/Basic/Advanced Boosts in-game. You can also replenish energy by spending 200 Spirit Gems to instantly refill 120 energy, but this has a daily limit.

How do I add friends?

From your home screen, click on your player level at the top left. In the new window that popped up, click Requests. You can enter another player's UID or click the button next to the recommended users to send them a friend request. If they accept, they will be registered as your friend and will be added to the Friends list. You can also accept friend requests under Requests tab to automatically add players to your Friends list.

How do I get Friendship Points for the Friendship Contracts banner?

From your home screen, click on your player level at the top left. In the new window that popped up, click Friends. Click the button next to your friends or click Collect at the bottom of the window to collect for all your friends.You can get 10 Friendship Points for each friend you have once per day with the maximum amount per day being the number of maximum friends you can have x 10. This resets daily at 05:00 (UTC +8). There has been no observed restrictions for obtaining Friendship Points, so a friend that's last logged in over 300 days ago can still yield the daily 10 points for you as long as they are on your Friend List.

How do Intimacy Rooms work?

You need to clear the current intimacy room by giving a character specific gifts in order to max their intimacy (shown as a percentage with a heart in the top left). Once you cleared the current room, you will either be given a scene or reward(s) plus permanent stat gains for that specific character. The next room will automatically be unlocked unless the room has requirements (which can be fulfilled either via ascension or keys).
