YKMET: Strade is an interactive adventure game that adds a brand-new storyline and endings to Boyfriend to Death, along with enhanced graphics, providing players with a refreshing gaming experience. Players will face kidnapping by Strade, and through conversations with him, they will make various choices that advance the plot and unlock one of 21 different endings. This is a complete reimagining of Strade's path from the 2016 visual novel 'Boyfriend to Death'. I am the developer that created the original path, and I've challenged myself to use the skills I've built to recreate the story with a new script, new gameplay, and all new art.

This game is just as, if not more, violent and sexual than the original. Please take the warnings seriously. I don't want to sell this game to anyone who may be shocked or upset by the content. Be safe and have fun!

In this choose-your-own-adventure, every choice matters. Strade will get to know you and your personality through your actions, and it may affect your outcome. There are 21 endings, but even a single ending may play out a bit differently depending on your choices. You will die, of course. But dying isn't the end- earn death tokens to unlock hints, walkthroughs, or bonus content. Maybe you'll even find a way to survive.

Your captor and central antagonist is Strade. He's obsessive, curious, and evil. If you get to know him as well as he'll get to know you, you might find a way out. Or maybe you'll prefer to stay? I'm not judging anyone here.

Fat Strade is so delicious and you can absolutely see the amount of love that went into this project. I played through the original and this multiple times during beta testing just to compare… the talent and growth is remarkable. With all the side routes you can take to mix up how to complete endings, the oh-so-sexy hidden scenes, and even the small tweaks in text depending on your personality choices (or if you keep sfw on or off)…

It may sound crazy because of the content, but I feel like I’m spending time with an old friend playing this game. Without Strade I would have never had the strength to leave the abusive relationship I was in at the time that I played the first BTD, so it really means a lot to me that he was given this chance to shine as a full character. The sheer amount of dialogue and depth to him now really makes him feel like a real person.

make it feel like he’s really right on top of you and in your personal space the whole game. All in all, if you loved the original I think you’ll love this. The music really shines, too, and I’ll definitely be adding some of these tracks into my rotation. I don’t usually write steam reviews but I had to for this one. Gato really knocked it out of the park! Not many games can pull all this off so cohesively. YKMET one does a fantastic job and it’s replay ability is insane. I have so many hours in the game from beta testing and I know I’ll double or triple that over the year still.
