Millhaven is a casual simulation game where players are placed in a small village, competing with rivals to woo two famous girls. Players must plan tasks and activities throughout the day, choosing from various time slots: dating and gifting to increase affection, earning money through fun mini-games or jobs, or guarding against rivals. The choice is yours. Will you win over both girls? As the game progresses, your affection levels with the girls will lead the story in different directions. Will you successfully marry them and unlock exciting scenes, or will your rivals succeed? Will you be left to watch helplessly?

A sophisticated time-management system forces players to prioritize tasks—brokering tech deals by day, infiltrating clan gatherings by night. Neglecting key opportunities allows rivals to advance their own agendas unchecked.  

Dialogue choices and actions ripple across the story, triggering events like merchant embargoes or clan retaliations. These consequences are permanent, encouraging careful planning and multiple playthroughs.  

Resource gathering and crafting enable the creation of cybernetic tools or traditional artifacts, each opening distinct pathways through challenges. Scavenged components can be traded, weaponized, or used to sway faction loyalties.

Strengths of Millhaven:

Manage your time: 4 time slots per day. Talk, date, work, or protect. You can't do everything.

Build relationships: Take girls on dates, give gifts, and hit milestones from dating to marriage.

Deal with rivals: Marcus and Raven pursue your girlfriends on their own schedule. Leave someone unprotected, and they'll make their move.

Watch the drift: Corruption changes behaviour. Girls start visiting rival locations, lying on the phone, and dressing differently.

Make hard choices: Working earns money but leaves someone exposed. Dates take time you might need elsewhere. Every action has a trade-off.

Dynamic events: Random encounters and rival progression create a different story each playthrough.

Phone system: DMs, group chat, selfie requests, gallery, and an MC status tab with animated stat tracking.

3-act story structure -- Rivals now arrive naturally as the story progresses instead of being there from the start. Early on it's just you and the girls.

Location drift -- As corruption rises, girls start visiting rival locations on their own. You'll notice them in places they shouldn't be.

Confrontation system -- When you find a girl at a rival's location, you can confront her. Her response depends on your relationship and her corruption.

Delivery mini-game -- Work together with a girl (safe, less pay) or split up (more cash, but she might run into trouble). 26 animated scenes.

One of those rare cases where AI art and animations actually work and look well (with some minor issues).For an early version it is quite good, gameplay loop, although, rather simple and grindy with just one thing to do, talk and skip is quite alright and works well with the idea of managing character stats and money. If further expanded upon, would be just great.Many scenes often contain a quickly shifting set of similar images. It would work, but many of them break consistency, like change of clothes colors between images.No obvious anomalies, broken faces, three legs, fifteen fingers, etc.Character consistency is good between images.Those small animations look amazing and for me personally fell like the best part. I would expand on that.Simple and well done, clean, consistent, impossible to not understand.Checked out everything there is to check out so far and it is quite good imo. Has great potential.

I feel like there's just some things missing from this one. It has a reasonable premise but wasn't particularly fun to play for me. There were a few things that I felt could have used improvement - working with an option to deliver to the rival each time (when doing multiple shifts instead of just 1) would have been nice for instance.I also didn't find it particularly difficult. I felt as though it was supposed to be a skill-based NTR game but you can very easily get a good ending even on hard difficulty. The rivals don't show up for 20(?) days and in that time you can simply work with the girls rather than leaving them by themselves, meaning there is zero risk of corruption (at least as far as I could see) and even when the rivals do appear it takes a very long time for them to affect the girls in my experience.Ultimately, didn't find it that compelling, the art was fine and it was well put together for what it was but I think I'll let it cook for a few updates before looking again.
