A Ghostgirl view button occasionally being blocked

No new content — just clean-up, stabilization, and a bit of extra care.

Done with the latest version, i don't really comment on these games/sites, actually not at all. Lol. However I see the dev really active here and engaging with the community so why not leave a review. (Everything I say will be my own thoughts/perspective, but i'll also try to word stuff in a way that may be helpful)First impression when compared to other AVN's: Far more ambitious than most in the genre in the sandbox aspect. I can see what is attempted with the looting of so many items and searching/approaching a scene from multiple perspectives. Can't say it's the best yet, but what the game attempts to do is very ambitious. However as a Con, I have a slight concern that this project may see complications or abandonment. But as i said, only a slight concern so far seing how active the dev is here.Actual opinion on the technical gameplay: I like the skill system, and the categories. The looting of items part, a few hiccups. Depending on the order you check rooms/highlighted spots it is possible to maybe miss some stuff. (Like i almost missed some journals). I'm personally not a fan of the numerous points of interaction during the horny scenes and the gathering of arousal points, more often than not it took me out of the immersion personally, but i can see how this is only my prefference and is not objectively a bad thing. (will further elaborate a bit later on that, maybe). Another thing is, i believe the majority of dialogue options influence too much stuff in the bigger picture, almost everything you say has "stakes" in the bigger picture, even if you don't see it immediately. Honestly i'm glad i played with the guide even tho i kinda hated knowing what each thing does, i still found that prefferable to playing without, just vanilla. I was kinda aiming for a type of MC (RP wise) and i liked to be able to keep this one kind of where i wanted him stats wise. The other characters, idk, would've been interesting to see more routes but as this is my 1st playthrough and i'm not a completionist i'm waiting to progress this "canon" save with whatever consequences. But yeah, in short, i like how you can shape your character and how things you say shape the relationships, but not when both happens simultaneously. Basically i had to balance things out between keeping the MC in the parameters i wanted and relationships. Like be an ass 1 time out of necessity and be a wimp some other time to kind or idk. At this point i think i really suck at explaining so i will embarass myself no further.Everything story related: Setting, characters, plot (no spoilers): I liked it, in the sense that everything overall is kinda fucked up. Happy/cosy settings are not my thing, they're "Aight" to pass time but my main dish will always be darker settings. At first I thought this may be a zombie game or some shit, but damn was I glad to be wrong, it's much better. I still don't think i understand the whole picture, but things are starting to make sense and on top of that if you're really a nerd inside the game you have a bunch of stuff to read after you loot it, pretty cool.

This game should have been everything I dislike. It’s a visual novel — a genre that usually bores me to death. The opening music felt unbearable to my ears, the first visuals seemed average, and very quickly I ran into scene that felt so provocative it made me laugh — probably not the intended reaction.And yet, somehow, the game completely pulled me in. It ended up becoming my favorite game in the genre. Go ahead, send me recommendations and try to prove me wrong.Actually, aside from a few of the early images, the visuals are good — sometimes even excellent — the animations. I also really enjoy the soundtrack overall, even if a few sound effects can be a bit rough. In French, the writing feels extremely polished, though I can’t judge the English version.I also love the way the game balances fantasy and madness, even if I think that aspect could have been explored even further. Jessica’s psychology was another major source of interest for me.I enjoy the mini-games too, although personally I find them a bit too simple — apparently I’m in the minority there.That said, honestly, if you’re in a hurry, this game may not be for you. The experience really opens up when you experiment with different character builds and choices. And if you expect an overpowered hero, you might be frustrated, because the protagonist is limited at times.I’ve been playing since version 1.2, and Chapter 3 brought a lot of new ideas and improvements.
