Install the latest APK without uninstalling the previous one to keep your save files.

STEPS TO APPLY HOTFIX

To prevent the constant re-installation of 6GB for every bug fix I make, this section is to include downloads for re-compiled scripts. What this means is any error you may encounter in the main game install above can be fixed by simply replacing a much, much smaller file with the exact fixes!

Note that you must have the base game files first before applying the hotfix. The one file is able to be used across Windows, Linux and Mac.

For the hotfix to be applied, simply follow these steps:

1. Download the hotfix according to your platform after saving and quitting Cara in Creekmaw.

2. Go to the "game" folder of your Cara in Creekmaw folder.

3. Replace the "scripts.rpa" file with the one that you have downloaded.

4. Boot up the game and resume from where you left off!

Game Version Changelog:

Season 2 – Episode 3 – Test Hotfix 1

Fixed a case where the player will be hard-stuck with a phone screen after performing an end-of-season save.

To apply, copy “scripts.rpa” into Cara in Creekmaw’s “game” folder and replace.

A cheat menu that can be toggled at the start of the episode, allowing you to toggle relevant variables as you wish!

Depending on feedback on this, it could be added as a default in the full episode, allowing you to customize a save however you please!

Backend changes include:
Separation of game content into “Seasons”!

Season 1 now contains the Prologue, Episode 1, Episode 2, and all previous side stories!

Season 2 kicks off with Episode 3 Test Release.

A new end-of season save has also been implemented at the end of Season 1 (i.e. in Episode 2), allowing you to save all your progress from Season 1 and import them into Season 2, maintaining all your choices and decisions made for Cara!

Important Note: Season 2 only contains image data for Episode 3, and does not contain image data from previous seasons. This means accessing content outside of Season 2 without having the relevant image data (such as gallery, secret renders) is expected to have errors.
