In Renryuu: Ascension, players will follow the half-dragon Ryen as he travels throughout the country as king, witnessing his erotic adventures. Along the way, players will encounter beautiful ladies with diverse personalities and discover flaws in various parts of the nation. Therefore, players need to develop their country, such as building roads, laboratories, and upgrading skills, to make the nation more prosperous. Changelog:

New events with the four clone girls from the Luminous Order. The events start in time skip act 2 at Witton. It requires that you finished the events about the Luminous Order base on either route and have the four clones living in Witton.

After the event in act 2 the story of the clones continues in the same location in act 3. You'll get a CG scene after a few events.

A new story with captain Seshra and her first mate Khadyres starts in the bar of Havaria Port after you finished the quest "The Forgotten Brexeet Isles," which means you had the CG scene with Sandra on the big tree island in the Forgotten Brexeet Isles.

The full body CGs and CG scene images of the several monstergirls were updated to the new art style again. In this update the improved CGs are for the grey imp, red imp, weak mummy, strong mummy, ice dragongirl, and water dragongirl. The new and old CGs can be seen in the CG room pages Enemies 1 and Enemies 3.

The CG scene of Palasha and Lucilla was added to the CG room.

The "search" system in the CG room was updated and now also includes Vecilia.

Increased the damage of the light element magic attack spell "Blessed Light."

The next update is planned to include the CG scenes for some vanguard squad leaders, prepare the events for the war against the lich and her undead in the east, and update the CG images of the raijuu, salamander black, salamander pink, salamander red, and thunderkitty monstergirls.  

I'm also checking ways to improve the performance. The previous attempt made things better for some people, but made it worse for other (mostly older) systems, so this time I'll take my time to properly test changes before releasing it.

Reviewing another old one I'm returning to, I can't even tell you the version, I sadly don't think I have the files, but this game was so good I'm down to play again from the start.This is a great porn game, leaning more game than porn. Classic jrpg style adventureyou're familar with from rpgm, also some light nation planning,and lots of cute girls.

This is an excellent game with lots of content and variation of gameplay. The storyline is captivating and there are a ton of quests and things to discover.While being overall an RPG-style game,the tactical combats and minigames as well as the riddles add for fun challenges and a lot of diversity.

This game is really very good, and perhaps hard to rate because it is full of little foibles and quirks that detract somewhat, but even if there are some flaws I think it deserves a 5 star rating for both the sheer amount of content offered as well as the obvious love the developer has poured into the world he's built. My review is going to probably be all over the place, as there are way too many aspects of this game to review them all individually, but I'll try to touch on most of the major aspects of the game.To be honest, as a purely H-game, this would be rated lower because the H-scenes are quite short and not really the main focus of the game. As a fun, anime-style romp around a fantasy RPG world, however, it's great.The art is quite nice, although not particularly adventurous for the most part. Expect a lot of fellatio and vaginal creampies with a wide variety of anime-style characters, but not necessarily a wide variety of exotic positions/choices with any one character. As mentioned above, I don't play this game for the H-scenes, but the art isn't the reason for this so much as the fact that I just simply enjoy the standard gameplay loop more than the rather brief dips into eroge-land. If you only want some quick wank material, this is just not a good choice for that.You need to be a fan of RPG Maker games, because this is very much an RPG Maker game, although the dev has put a lot of work into the various UI screens and menus to make it feel like his own game, he doesn't just always exclusively use the stock resources and call it good enough. Still, you will recognize a lot of the music and world if you have played other RPG Maker titles, so if you absolutely hate the engine, steer clear.The plot itself makes very little sense at the beginning, it starts to make a bit more sense as you keep playing (though as I said, it is very anime), however at the start you pretty much just get handed a kingdom and nobody really questions it at all, which is... odd, to say the least. Once you suspend your disbelief and just dive into the game, I think it is quite enjoyable and there are lots of things to keep you busy here.The party battles are decent enough, a lot of the boss battles feel somewhat challenging when fought on-level, and though this isn't really a tactical masterpiece of a game, it certainly exceeds the average for RPGM fights.The "vanguard battle system" is somewhat interesting, the different squads you recruit can be outfitted with new items/skills as you level them up, giving a parallel feeling of progression to go alongside that of your regular exploration party, and sometimes in the game you can choose between a battle with your vanguard squads or your regular party members.Characterization is also pretty good, you have your standard RPG stereotypes but also a few characters who break the mold of what you expect them to be at first glance, and even the completely stereotypical characters generally also have a hidden bit of personality to them beyond just their main tropes. The main character is perhaps a bit too passive, but this is mostly a narrative device to justify him getting roped into new adventures, and I don't ever feel like he acts like a total wet blanket, just a bit more lackadaisical than you might expect from a main character. Think something like the attitude of Cloud Strife from FF7 - he doesn't really seek out the adventure, it just sort of happens around him and he gets sucked into the chaos.The country management system is fun, although to be honest it sometimes seems like there isn't a lot of effect from the country management screen beyond construction of some new locations to visit. I'd definitely like to see a bit more translation between country resources and party resources for example - being able to transfer more resources than just stone/wood from your inventory to the national stockpile would be very useful, sometimes you collect tons of coal with your party but you can't give it to your builders, and likewise my national blacksmith is producing lots of steel but if my party needs any steel, I have to wade through the spire of courage to get some... what's up with that?? And of course, being able to convert "Budget" to gold would be very nice, why even bother being the king if I can't embezzle from the treasury from time to time??Anyway, this review is very long and rambling but then again this is a very long and rambling game, so I suppose it fits nicely. If you enjoy eclectic RPG Maker fare and can tolerate a few holes in your RPG plotlines, give this one a go. This game has the potential to entertain for dozens of hours easily, there are well over a hundred quests and dozens of major and minor characters to meet and (sometimes) screw. The five star rating may indeed be slightly generous, as to be honest it doesn't fully stand up to a truly professional studio-quality game like those made by say, Ninetail (VenusBlood series), Shimobashira Workshop (Ambrosia, Celesphonia, Enishia) or Eushully (Kamidori Alchemy Meister, Amayui Castle Meister, etc.), but for a one man operation and a personal passion project, this is about as good as it gets, folks.

Q: Can I keep the save game from my old version when upgrading to a new one?

A: Yes, you can copy the save files from the old version into the save folder of the new version. I made a video about updating using the update files and copying save files.

Q: Why can't I see the elf village Ebron on the worldmap?

A: The party doesn't know the location of the elf village at first. If you talk to the elf at the blacksmith of Aldlyn with Mirel in your party he'll offer you to show you the way to their village. After talking to him again in the bottom left corner of Aldlyn you're shown the way to the village and it'll appear on the worldmap.

Q: I can't increase the relationship with a character anymore?

A: All characters have favorite present items. With the right present you can get all girls to a relationship of 70 after which you'll need love potions to increase it any further. Love potions are very rare at the moment.

Q: Where do I get the Mithril Pickaxe to harvest Iron?

A: The Mithril Pickaxe is given to the party during the quest no. 46 „Armor breaking“. You'll need to play the main storyline to obtain this quest

Q: What is the solution for Sandra's treasure dungeon?

A: The code in the first area is 2-5-6-4. You get it by counting the things shown on stone plates hanging higher, not directly above the ground. A hint about the god is given saying „In his opinion only those who were above others had any worth.“, which is supposed to tell you which plates are correct and which to ignore. In the second area, there are stone pillars in line with the torches at the top of the map.The third pillar is broken, indicating that this torch should not be lit, while every other should be. When you have the right combination, there is no sound or message, but the iron gate will be open now.

Q: What is the solution for the murder crime in Millwater?

A: After speaking with everyone downstairs, you can go up and find a strange potion. After finding the potion you have to talk to Winona, Lady Redwood and then Irinlia. The order is important, since their dialog's affect each other in this order. Afterwards, Ryen can solve the crime by talking to the soldier next to the corpse of Sir Redwood.
