The Spellbook is a casual game driven by a storyline and player choices. Players accidentally acquire a magic book and face various choices: use its power to seduce the beautiful women around them, each with their own distinct personality, or continue their peaceful life, watching those around them gradually succumb to the abyss of desire? The choice is entirely up to the player. Each character in the game has their own personality and different storylines. Routes of The Spellbook:

There are 2 main routes in the game, the Love routes and Dark routes.  Those routes are optional and very early in game you may choose to avoid certain fetishes you don't like (e.g. NTR, humiliation) and may never encounter them again!

Love routes are consisted of two main sub-routes:

Love route: this is the most vanilla route although in comparison to other games it is very spicy. Its main purpose/fetish is to make the girls fall madly in love with you.

Domination route: Its main difference with love is that you are more rough in sex scenes and dominate them could lead to BDSM etc. Show them who is the boss.

But also you have extra character specific content depending on your choices! E.g. If you spend more time with Nancy then you will most unlock extra scenes with her!

Dark routes also have 2 main sub-routes:

Naughty/Corruption route: is about unlimited pleasure, exhibitionism, sharing and hedonism. Endless pleasures!

NTR route: is all about drama, humiliation, self-punishment, fem-dom.  And more...

Easily One of the best and top tier game...The quality of renders , character models etc is amazing.. Personally I've played the game 3 times for all the paths I've wanted to explore..1. Swinging path - By far the best path in the game you get sex quickly and there's just a lot more scenes... Milica scenes are hot af better than Mirphys in my opinion2. Love path - It's Good but what I didn't like Was that the Mc chose only kelly in the end and not everyone... Even after impregnating Arora he still left her... That doesn't fit well with me.. Also Mirphys gone is sad af .. Harem would have been much better..3. Ntr Path - It's just humiliation and beta male... Not my cup of tea...Overall definitely worth your time... Just play slowly or else you'll get burnout? Cuz Game is big and lots of choices.

i played the love route, game has many branches and alternate scenes depending on your choices, game is very well made and out of 100 visual novels ive played its in my top 5, i actually read the story for once. i was sad theres no rollback to pick different routes so make sure you drop a save when theres a decision so you can see both.   download was a little more complicated but its totally worth it.option 1: "download the Installer Win x64 file, extract to a folder, click the The Spellbook 0.19.5.0 x64 Setup.exe file, install in same folder, run game, update game, run again and play, enjoy.  option 2:  use the Portable Win x64 extract files and run exe file as normal, option to install Patch Windows x64 files in that folder to update the game to current version.

good to see its back, not sure why so many games are going with lets update, once in a year or once in 3 years for this game that isnt going make you money or make your game popular, you aint going live forever, not sure why this is a trend, a very bad trend but whatever, i got other games to play, good thing im not paying for the games that update, once a year or longer, so for this game the dev claims he has 100% ownership of the game from 3 months ago but just wants to finish off the game ,so you buy the other 50% of the game but you just going retire the game lol ok you do you boo, makes no sense.

When is the game updated/when can I play the last update?

Each tier will be automatically able to play the game at the following days:

Unicorns/Collectors 30 days before the free release

Sharks 23 days before the free release

Yetis 16 days before the free release

Aliens 9 days before the free release

And Free when we release!  You do not need to login to play the free content.

I am a backer and I can't access the new content. What I should do?

Before you start playing, be sure that you have logged in. You must do this every time before play to access the backer's only content. Also, check if the date when you are playing matches your tier level, like we explained above.If you still can't access the game, please contact us by sending a message here on our Discord Channel.

When do you update the love/dark routes?

We update the Love routes in even months  (2-February, 4-April, 6-June etc.)  and the Dark routes on odd months (1-January, 3-March etc).

Do I need internet to play?

Yes, you need internet to Launch the game as you need to allow the game to connect in the internet to update/login. Once you download the game you will not need to download it again each month as it will automatically check for any updates or bug fixes when you open it!

During the game play internet access is not needed.

How do I access my previous saves?

If you played the game before update 0.10.0.0 you can now keep your old save-games! We have added a button at the load screen (top right corner), were you can import your old save-games.  All your save-games are stored in the folder StreamingAssets/SaveGames inside the data game's folder. 

What route shall I play?

You get to choose which main routes you want to follow at the end of "Chapter 3" (there are many sub-routes in this game you can find more detail in the walk-through)

Love Routes:  Domination - Love

Dark Routes:  NTR - Corruption

What is the difference between Love and Dark routes?

The main difference is that in the Love route you keep the girls to your self building your relationship either loving or dominant with each.

While in the Dark routes you either lose control (NTR) or keep control but chose to use them and share them/ make them the best sluts in town (Corruption).
