Fun game that makes you change up strategies depending on which battle you are facing. I enjoy it very much. That being said I'm getting very annoyed with the broken ads. Sometimes they'll be back and I have to exit the game and don't even get the original amount of coin. Second, pressing the pause button DOESN'T pause it. I have to put my phone to sleep or leave the app at the risk of the game closing in the background. Please fix.

Easy to progress with just the ads. You have the choice to be creative with how you defeat the enemies with all the upgrades from cards and runes and other stuff. I'm currently on timeline 7 and havent spent any real money yet, will update as soon as it becomes unplayable. To spend money would be stupid and unnecessary (at the stage I'm at)

I considered giving 4 stars because the pause menu eventually unpauses and you end up losing. However, there's no penalty for losing, so it's not a big deal. //// I was not ready for how much I would end up enjoying this game. I'm in timeline 4 and those units are absolutely adorable. The zombie rush/side events are great ways to farm the currency to upgrade permanent skills. It's simple, it's fun.
